Overview
ToDowl keeps tasks, notes and the calendar in one workspace. Everything belongs to projects, so a task with a date shows up on the calendar next to your meetings instead of in a separate app.
The free plan covers unlimited tasks and notes. Pro adds the calendar grid with Day, 3-day, 4-day and Week views, calendar sync and the assistant. Google Calendar syncs both ways, iCloud events can be viewed and edited, Outlook is read only.
The app is quiet by design: no streaks, no badges, no push notifications.
