Delete Your Blockfill Account
You can request deletion of your Blockfill account and all data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to submit a request and what happens to your data.
Request account deletion
Send us an email and we will process your request within 30 days.
How to request deletion

Send an email to blockfill@supafast.tech with the subject "Delete my account".

Include the email address you used to sign in with Google or Apple, so we can locate your account.

We will confirm your identity if needed, then process the deletion.

Your request is completed within 30 days, and we will confirm once it is done.
What happens to your data
Deleted
- Your Blockfill account
- Your email address and account ID
- Saved game progress and best scores linked to your account
- Your Google or Apple sign-in link
- Any other account-related data stored on our servers
May be retained
- Data stored locally on your device is not touched by this request. Uninstall the app to remove it (settings, current game state, session tokens).
- Any aggregated, anonymized statistics we may keep, since these are not tied to your identity
- Data we are required to keep by law, if any applies
- Your device advertising identifier, which is controlled separately in your device OS settings, not by us
Removing data stored on your device
Settings, your current game state, and session tokens are stored only on your device, not on our servers. You can remove all of it yourself at any time, without contacting us, simply by uninstalling the app. This is separate from deleting your account: if you have an account, uninstalling the app does not delete it or your synced data, so also send the email above if you want that removed too.
Playing without an account
Signing in with Google or Apple is optional and only used to sync your progress and show the leaderboard. If you play in guest mode, no account is created and your scores and settings stay on your device only, so there is nothing to delete on our servers.
